Product Classification

BIOMICROBES™ products are classified and marketed as microbial biostimulants. They are not pesticides, fungicides, or plant protection products and must not be interpreted or used as such.

European Union: BIOMICROBES™ products are currently marketed outside the scope of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 because the microbial strains used (e.g. Bacillus, Pseudomonas) are not yet included in the CMC7 list of authorized microorganisms.
United States and Canada: Certain BIOMICROBES™ formulations are OMRI-listed and may be accepted for use in certified organic production.
Other Markets: Regulatory status may vary. It is the responsibility of the user to confirm compliance with applicable local legislation and certification programs.
